IMSA is the only way to get proper global and local mystery shopping services. Our function is to assist you to offer your customers better service so that your business improves.

  • Your local IMSA member can offer you expert MS and related services locally and globally through his IMSA partners around the world.
  • All IMSA members and contractors have signed-up to an agreed set of high operating standards, and have signed a binding Members Agreement.
  • We also have regular Board and members meetings around the world, where members get together to discuss client projects and operational subjects. We constantly review and improve our services to our clients.
  • IMSA members trust one another and work as a team for our clients’ best interests at all times.
  • IMSA’s clients include international retailers, service suppliers, government departments, and global brands offering their service and products in all countries of the world.
  • IMSA already has experience of projects covering all parts of the world with tens of thousands of customer contact points; with comprehensive reporting in local languages and English, and with either electronic or paper reports depending on specific client requirements.
  • All projects are managed globally by your local IMSA member with all IMSA partners and contractors working to agreed operational, quality, communications, timing, and reporting details.
