IMSA offers the one-stop solution for all organisations needing global or local mystery shopping services and related services.

All IMSA members are very experienced and able to add value to their clients businesses and organisations. They work locally with their clients, and also will project-manage all non-local mystery shopping and related services through their global colleagues and friends in IMSA.

IMSA’s solutions and services relate to measuring and then helping to improve service to customers, and helping clients to improve their business. Finally, and importantly, IMSA operates a flat international reporting structure, where your local IMSA member carries the responsibility and the project management costs, just as they would for a local project, which adds little cost to our clients.
